Return Policy:

For brand new items: Full refund on items purchased, with receipt and in original condition and packaging, within two weeks. In store credit or exchange on items returned within 30 days with receipt and in original condition and packaging.

For used, demo, consignment, and clearance items: All sales final.

Warranty Issues: New items are covered by manufacturers' warranty. Consignment & Demo items purchased are covered by a one year Vancouver Telescope Warranty with valid receipt. Warranty covers parts & labor on damages not incurred by misuse or negligence.

Internet & Phone purchases over $1000.00:
• Money order or wire transfer is accepted
• Credit card requires photo I.D. with a signature on paper (legible faxed copy)
• Purchases must be shipped to same address as Credit Card
• Shipping fees are determined based on Weight and Dimensions of purchase as well as geographical location of shipment destination.
